We only encode the URL instagram.com/yourhandle into the QR. We never read, scrape or store your Instagram data.
Can I change my handle after I buy?
The QR points to a redirect URL we control. Message us and we'll update it within 24h.
What if I delete my Instagram?
The QR will land on a standard 'user not found' Instagram page. Nothing compromising.
How long does the QR last?
As long as the garment. DTG printing is rated for 50+ washes.
What's your return policy?
Personalised items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Directive Art. 16(c)). Defective items are replaced free of charge.
