Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on p2b.club. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted them before validating payment.

1. Seller identification

2. Products

P2B sells apparel (t-shirts, tote bags) personalised with a unique QR code encoding the Instagram handle provided by the customer. Each item is made to order by our print partner Gelato. Production times are shown at checkout.

3. Prices and currencies

Prices are displayed per the selected locale — CHF (Switzerland), EUR (EU), GBP (UK). Currency conversion is handled by Stripe Adaptive Pricing at the rate displayed at checkout. All prices include applicable VAT for the customer's jurisdiction. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

4. Ordering process

  1. Pick a product, colour and size.
  2. Enter your Instagram handle (without the @).
  3. Review the QR preview.
  4. Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
  5. Enter your shipping address and payment method.
  6. Confirm the order. You'll receive an immediate confirmation email.

No contract is formed until Stripe successfully validates the payment. P2B reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Accepted methods: Visa/Mastercard/Amex cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Twint, PayPal, Bancontact, iDEAL. Payment is taken at order time. P2B never stores your payment details.

6. Personalisation

The buyer alone is responsible for the accuracy of the Instagram handle provided. The QR encodes the URL p2b.club/q/yourhandle which redirects to instagram.com/yourhandle. Typos can be corrected by emailing hello@p2b.club — as long as the item hasn't been printed yet, we can update the QR. Once printed, only the redirect target can be changed.

7. Right of withdrawal

Personalised items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. A product bearing your handle is not resaleable.

Defective items (print errors, wrong size shipped, transit damage) qualify for a free replacement. See our returns policy.

8. Shipping

Production in 2–3 working days. Standard delivery 4–6 working days, Express 2–3 working days. Standard shipping is free above CHF 60 / €55 / £50. For cross-border shipments (CH↔EU, EU↔UK), customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

9. Liability

P2B provides a working QR pointing to the customer's public Instagram profile. P2B is not liable for interactions resulting from third-party scans, nor for the use such third parties make of the customer's Instagram profile. P2B has no access to and no control over the customer's Instagram account or its privacy settings.

Under no circumstances will P2B's liability exceed the amount of the relevant order.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Geneva, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

P2B may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force at the time the order was placed.
