Returns policy

Every P2B item is made to order with your custom QR. Here's how we handle returns, refunds and replacements.

Personalised items

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. An item printed with your handle is neither resaleable nor reusable.

Defective or wrong items

If you receive an item:

  • with a printing error (illegible QR, wrong handle);
  • in the wrong size or colour compared to your order;
  • damaged in transit;

we'll replace it free of charge. No physical return of the defective item is required — keep it or recycle it.

How to file a claim

Email hello@p2b.club within 14 days of receipt with:

  • Your order number (in your confirmation email).
  • One or two clear photos showing the problem.
  • For transit damage: also a photo of the packaging.

We validate the claim within 2 working days and trigger the reprint.

Refund timing

If a refund is exceptionally applicable (order cancelled before production, duplicate charge, etc.), it is credited to your original payment method within 10 working days. Actual visibility then depends on your bank.

QR scannability guarantee

DTG printing is rated for 50+ washes without significant degradation of QR readability. If your QR becomes illegible before 50 washes, contact us — we'll reprint the item.
